KINXZO Lighting is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations.
Arrange production plans according to order delivery dates; manage production line staff and workflow; control production efficiency, cost and quality; enforce safety and 5S standards; coordinate with procurement, warehouse and QC teams; train new workers.
More than 3 years of production management experience in LED lighting or electronics; familiar with lighting assembly processes and equipment; strong leadership and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
RMB 8,000-13,000 per month, social insurance, performance bonus, meal and accommodation allowance, holiday benefits.
